Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar Serve food and drinks promptly following service standards Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service equipment Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to guests when needed Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, escalating when necessary Ensure proper table setup (Mise en place) before and after service Process bills and handle cash/card payments accurately Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow Follow hygiene, food safety, and hotel/restaurant SOPs Employment Status Full-time At least 1 year of experience in a branded hotel/resort Additional Requirements Both males and females are encouraged to apply Pleasant personality with good communication skills in Bangla; basic English is a plus Well-groomed and physically fit Ability to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays Team player with a customer-service mindset Job Location Cox’s Bazar Salary Negotiable
