Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities Prepare Bangla and Indian dishes following standard recipes and quality standards Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking equipment Monitor food stock and inform supervisor about ingredient requirements Follow food safety, storage, and handling guidelines strictly Coordinate with kitchen team and service staff for smooth operations Assist in menu planning and new dish development as required Ensure minimal wastage and proper utilization of ingredients Maintain cooking logs and report equipment issues to supervisor Employment Status Full-time Experience Requirements At least 1 year of experience in a similar position Additional Requirements Sound knowledge of Bangla and Indian cooking styles, spices, and recipes Physically fit and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen Honest, punctual, and hygiene-conscious Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays Job Location Cox’s Bazar Salary Negotiable Compensation & Other Benefits Duty meal, Festival Bonus (2) As per company policy
