We are currently expanding our service team based in Dhaka to enhance our capacity to serve more clients.
∎ ADDIE Soft Ltd. is seeking service personnel to join its team based in Dhaka and provide service to the clients using its technology platform. The successful candidate needs to have 1-2 years of experience working in the service sector in any reputed software development company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to work on a specific project/client assigned by the company.
∎ Work as a bridge between client & company.
∎ Have to direct and control the processing and fulfillment of client requirements, fielding client inquiries, and resolving client complaints.
∎ Provide user training during the implementation of software to a client.
∎ Maintain a daily work log report.
∎ Have to control all the technical configurations of the assigned project.
∎ Must have good knowledge in preparing letters or e-mail replies etc.
∎ Should have the capability to ensure quality customer service.
∎ Handle and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Have to enjoy client service job and has the mentality to win the challenges.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong working knowledge of computer applications (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Photoshop, etc.)
∎ Should have basic knowledge about web development, customized software, and business management software.
∎ Should know Bengali & English typing with good speed.
∎ Should be smart, Dynamic, hardworking, innovative, self-motivated & team player.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Must have a positive desire to meet the given task.
∎ Must have strong administrative power.
∎ Good knowledge of the local IT industry.
