Responsibilities & Context:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices/ IT products/ Home Appliances, TV, AC & Fridge/ Networking products, etc., including hardware and software issues.

• Perform tests and quality checks on repaired devices to ensure functionality and performance.

• Provide technical support for devices, including installation, configuration, and updates.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

• Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions.

• Document repairs, troubleshooting steps, and service reports accurately.

• Maintain an organised inventory of the repair parts and tools.

• Offer technical guidance and support to junior engineers, as needed.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all repair activities.
