∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently and work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
∎ Valid driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, calibrate, and maintain IVD analyzers (e.g., Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Hematology).
∎ Provide technical support and training to end users.
∎ Respond promptly to service calls and ensure quick resolution of issues.
∎ Perform preventive maintenance as per manufacturer guidelines.
∎ Maintain service logs, documentation, and customer reports.
∎ Coordinate with the sales and application teams for seamless customer support.
∎ Stay updated with the latest advancements in diagnostic technology.
