Job Description / Responsibility:
- Installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of high-tech medical lab Instruments.
- Ensure total customer satisfaction with quality service.
- Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Ready for 24/7 support for the hospital/ Laboratory premises, if necessary.
- Regular field visits to keep close contact with the customers for any technical support.
- Any other job assigned by the Management time to time.
