Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the daily operations of the IT service and RMA departments.
∎ Ensure timely and effective resolution of service requests, repairs, and technical support issues.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams to optimize service workflows and minimize turnaround time.
∎ Monitor service requests, escalations, and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
∎ Implement and maintain service policies, procedures, and best practices.
∎ Supervise the RMA process, ensuring proper handling of defective or returned products.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for warranty claims and replacement processing.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all RMA transactions, tracking returns and repairs efficiently.
∎ Ensure compliance with company and vendor warranty policies.
∎ Assign and track service tasks to technicians and support staff.
∎ Provide guidance and support to service and RMA teams to improve performance.
∎ Organize training sessions to enhance technical and customer service skills.
∎ Act as a primary point of contact for service-related inquiries and escalations.
∎ Communicate service updates and resolutions to customers promptly.
∎ Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
∎ Maintain accurate service and RMA documentation, including service reports, RMA logs, and inventory records.Ensure proper stock management of spare parts and replacement units.
∎ Generate service performance reports for management review.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
