Oversee the daily operations of the IT service and RMA departments.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of service requests, repairs, and technical support issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to optimize service workflows and minimize turnaround time.
Monitor service requests, escalations, and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Implement and maintain service policies, procedures, and best practices.
Supervise the RMA process, ensuring proper handling of defective or returned products.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for warranty claims and replacement processing.
Maintain accurate records of all RMA transactions, tracking returns and repairs efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company and vendor warranty policies.
Assign and track service tasks to technicians and support staff.
Provide guidance and support to service and RMA teams to improve performance.
Organize training sessions to enhance technical and customer service skills.
Act as a primary point of contact for service-related inquiries and escalations.
Communicate service updates and resolutions to customers promptly.
Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
Maintain accurate service and RMA documentation, including service reports, RMA logs, and inventory records.
Ensure proper stock management of spare parts and replacement units.
Generate service performance reports for management review.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Purchase, and Product) to ensure timely service delivery and effective warranty support for customers.
Establish service booths in multiple locations to ensure wider customer reach, faster service delivery, and improved after-sales support. Each booth will be equipped with trained staff and necessary resources to handle service requests efficiently.
Any other task assigned by management.
