Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the IT service and RMA departments.

  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of service requests, repairs, and technical support issues.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to optimize service workflows and minimize turnaround time.

  • Monitor service requests, escalations, and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Implement and maintain service policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Supervise the RMA process, ensuring proper handling of defective or returned products.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for warranty claims and replacement processing.

  • Maintain accurate records of all RMA transactions, tracking returns and repairs efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with company and vendor warranty policies.

  • Assign and track service tasks to technicians and support staff.

  • Provide guidance and support to service and RMA teams to improve performance.

  • Organize training sessions to enhance technical and customer service skills.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for service-related inquiries and escalations.

  • Communicate service updates and resolutions to customers promptly.

  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.

  • Maintain accurate service and RMA documentation, including service reports, RMA logs, and inventory records.

  • Ensure proper stock management of spare parts and replacement units.

  • Generate service performance reports for management review.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Purchase, and Product) to ensure timely service delivery and effective warranty support for customers.

  • Establish service booths in multiple locations to ensure wider customer reach, faster service delivery, and improved after-sales support. Each booth will be equipped with trained staff and necessary resources to handle service requests efficiently.

  • Any other task assigned by management.
