∎ Management & Communication.Required qualifications/experience:— Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in SEO or a related field.— Certifications on Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO will be beneficial.· Hands-on experience with SEO strategies, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and content creation.· A portfolio or case studies highlighting past SEO projects, including details on the strategies used and results achieved.· Experience in relevant industries or sectors may be preferred, especially if the company operates in a specialized niche.· Experience on Technical SEO Knowledge, SEO Tools Proficiency, Content Management Systems
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Purpose of the job - An SEO Expert understands search engine algorithms and optimizes the company site to improve visibility and ranking. The expert will increase organic traffic by handling both on-page (keyword optimization, content quality) and off-page (backlinks, social signals) SEO elements. The officer conduct keyword research, analyse competitors, and create engaging, optimized content. The responsible person addresses technical SEO aspects and optimizes for local search terms if needed. Using various tools, the designated expert will track and analyse SEO performance, staying updated with best practices. The role will enhance online presence, drive targeted traffic, and contribute to business growth and success. The SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Expert is responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities across various search engines and platforms. This role involves strategizing, implementing, and analysing paid search campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve business objectives. This role involves keyword research, bid management, ad copywriting, and performance analysis across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.

∎ Major Responsibilities: Developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.· Conducting keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for content creation and optimization.· Performing competitive analysis to understand the SEO landscape and identify opportunities for growth.· Optimizing website content, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, and images, for targeted keywords.· Ensuring that all on-page elements are aligned with SEO best practices and enhance user experience.· Conducting regular audits of website content to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant.· Monitoring and improving site performance, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.· Identifying and fixing technical SEO issues such as broken links, duplicate content, and crawl errors.· Implementing structured data and schema markup to enhance search engine understanding.· Developing and executing link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative sites.· Managing and optimizing local SEO efforts, including Google My Business listings and local citations.· Monitoring and responding to online reviews and reputation management efforts.· Collaborating with content creators to ensure that all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with keyword strategies.· Providing recommendations for content improvements and added content topics based on keyword research and performance data.· Utilizing SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor and analyse website performance and SEO metrics.· Preparing and presenting monthly reports on SEO performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations.· Tracking changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.· Working closely with the marketing team, web developers, and other stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.· Communicating SEO insights and recommendations to team members and management.· Execute tests٫ collect and analyse data٫ identify trends and insights· Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns using analysis of data· Track٫ report٫ and analyse website analytics· Track٫ report٫ and analyse PPC initiatives and campaigns· Effectively manage campaign expenses by staying on budget٫ appropriately estimating monthly costs٫ and reconciling any discrepancies that may arise.· Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns· Continually expand and optimize paid keyword discovery· Research and analyse competitor advertising links Internal & External Relationship: Internal: Web development Team, Marketing Team, Content Team, Design Team, Sales & Customer service Team, Management & ExecutivesExternal: Search Engines, SEO Tool Providers, External Agencies and Freelancers, Industry Influencers and Bloggers, Customers and Audience, Competitors Required critical behavioural competencies:Analytical Thinking, Strategic Thinking, Initiative and Proactivity, Adaptability and Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Communication Skills, Project Management, Customer Focus, Technical Proficiency, Critical Thinking, Team Orientation, Resilience and Persistence
