Job Context:
∎ We are currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our well-established team. This hire is part of a period of transformation across the business focused around expanding our global product and instilling a strong DevOps culture whilst driving transformation and innovation.
∎ We require a Lead Level Engineer to support our DevOps team in their efforts to scale through a series of projects focused around Azure, Serverless, Terraform & more.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years DevOps experience, ideally with Senior or Lead experience, and be able to work in a 60:40 hands-on:hands-off split across the following technologies:
∎ Experience with Azure Cloud & Azure Services
∎ Experience with Serverless Technologies
∎ IaC with Terraform
∎ Extensive knowledge on CI/CD
∎ Capable Leading on projects and Managing a team of Engineers
∎ This role will involve working on a large variety of technologies and you will be part of a DevOps & Agile team responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of web applications / microservices.
∎ The Ideal DevOps Engineer, Platform Lead will have the following experience:
∎ Solid experience in Kubernetes - including administrating and scaling
∎ Ideally a software engineering background in GO, Java or Python
∎ Good understanding of distributed systems and microservice architectures
∎ Solid experience as a platform engineer / DevOps Engineer.
∎ Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
∎ Acute drive to automate, to constantly replace manual operations with automated solutions (GitOps);
