Responsibilities & Context:

We are hiring a reliable and experienced Senior WordPress & Tech Support professional to manage day-to-day technical support, WordPress issues, and customer requests.

This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to troubleshoot issues, support customers directly, and keep systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain WordPress websites

  • Troubleshoot technical issues (frontend, backend, plugins, hosting)

  • Handle customer support queries (technical and general)

  • Identify and resolve recurring issues quickly

  • Support integrations, updates, and basic fixes

  • Ensure fast and accurate response to customer requests

  • Work closely with the internal team to resolve problems

  • Maintain clean and organised workflows

Requirements

  • Strong experience with WordPress (admin, plugins, troubleshooting)

  • Solid understanding of web hosting, domains, DNS, and basic server setup

  • Experience in technical support/customer support roles (Non-WP works)

  • Able to diagnose and fix issues independently

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

  • Comfortable communicating with customers directly

  • Good English (written and spoken)

  • Reliable, consistent, and able to handle responsibility
