Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
∎ Diploma in Graphics Design degree. For a good artist with a good portfolio, educational requirements can be relaxed. A good design portfolio will be given preference over educational experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Media (3D Studio Max), Adobe XD, CorelDraw, Graphics Design, Photoshop and Illustrator, styles
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding the client's needs and developing suitable concepts to reach a particular audience.
∎ Producing scamps and scribbling many versions of an idea until the idea is sufficiently well expressed.
∎ Estimating the amount of time needed to complete projects.
∎ Designing different types of layouts including illustration and typeface setting as per brand guidelines based on the rough sketch of the requirement.
∎ Design and produce layouts for digital media and print media.
∎ Working with different types of media including computer-aided design, manual drawing, and photography.
∎ Producing excellent visual solutions.
∎ Reviewing and touching up if demanded by clients and ensuring their satisfaction during the entire process.
∎ Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
∎ Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
∎ Producing excellent visual solutions.
∎ Reviewing and touching up if demanded by clients and ensuring their satisfaction during the entire process.
∎ Collaborating with Creative Director, Creative Controller, Copy Writers, and Account Managers to give the best service to the clients.
∎ Create packaging concepts, designs, and final output files for printing.
∎ Creative designs and ideas for clients.
∎ Work alongside marketing and production team to develop designs concepts.
∎ Adhere to client requirements and time constraints.
∎ Work with existing design templates for existing clients.
∎ Understand and adhere to brand guidelines of clients.
∎ Understand dimensions, scale, and all requirements for the printing press.
∎ Excellent communication with a strong sense of responsibility.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Lightroom (Experience with InDesign, CorelDraw, Affinity Designer, 3D Max, etc. software will be appreciated)
∎ Extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques.
∎ Great understanding of typography.
∎ Photo-manipulation skills.
∎ Experienced with ux/ui design for websites and mobile apps.
∎ Must be able to work independently and be versatile enough to handle design projects singlehandedly if need be.
∎ Deep understanding of color systems (RGB, CMYK).
Salary: Negotiable
