∎ 𝐀𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 3 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 working as a Visa Processing Officer 𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞.
∎ Familiarity with visa types, immigration policies, and global visa application processes.
∎ Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
∎ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and visa application management software.
∎ Knowledge of the specific visa requirements of different countries (preferred).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠: Review and process visa applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
∎ 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Provide guidance and advice to clients on visa options, application requirements, and the overall process.
∎ 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: Verify that applicants' documents (e.g., passports, photographs, financial statements, etc.) meet the necessary requirements for submission.
∎ 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Ensure all applications comply with immigration regulations and relevant laws, making sure all visa requirements are met.
∎ 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on their application status, any additional requirements, and expected processing times.
∎ 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠: Accurately maintain client records, application forms, and related documentation in accordance with legal and organizational policies.
∎ 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰-𝐔𝐩: Monitor the progress of visa applications and follow up with relevant authorities to ensure timely processing.
∎ 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞: Assist clients with queries and concerns, addressing any issues related to the visa application process in a professional and helpful manner.
∎ 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Provide regular reports on application statuses, trends, and potential issues to management.
∎ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Identify and address issues or challenges that may arise during the visa application process and provide solutions as needed.

∎ Office Time: 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
∎ Working days: 6 days
∎ Off Day: Friday
