Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients to understand their needs, goals, and eligibility for various visa types such as student, work, tourist, or immigration visas.
∎ Provide accurate and in-depth information about visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines for the USA, Canada, UK, Denmark, and Australia.
∎ Educate clients about country-specific visa policies, including nontechnical, educational, and legal documentation.
∎ Help clients choose the most suitable visa option tailored to their personal and professional aspirations.
∎ Guide clients in preparing, organizing, and gathering required documents such as bank statements, sponsorship letters, academic transcripts, and employment records.
∎ Carefully review and verify all submitted documents to ensure compliance with embassy or consulate regulations.
∎ Assist clients in resolving discrepancies or decencies in documentation to minimize visa rejection risks.
∎ Act as a trusted advisor by answering queries and addressing concerns related to their visa applications and travel plans.
∎ Accurately complete and submit visa applications within stipulated timelines.
∎ Monitor visa application progress and keep clients updated on status changes or additional requirements.
∎ Ensure timely processing of visa applications and follow-up with embassies/consulates.
∎ Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues regarding the visa process.
∎ Maintain client records and document all interactions related to visa processing.
∎ Stay updated on visa regulations and changes to enhance service delivery.
∎ Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized service and proactive communication.
∎ Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing and customer service.
∎ Offer personalized consultations and recommendations to clients based on their visa needs.
∎ Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa authorities to expedite processing and resolve issues.
∎ Ensure all applications adhere to legal and procedural guidelines.
∎ Mentor and assist junior counselors with complex cases and documentation.
