Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound ticketing knowledge on operating Galileo, Saber, Amadeus and online based ticketing system.
∎ Smoothly handling customer relationship with corporate clients.
∎ He has to be skilled in Fare calculation and Creating PNR. (Reservation)
∎ Answering phones professionally, courteously and promptly.
∎ Handling rude and short tempered passenger politely and diplomatically.
∎ Collecting payments for ticket reservation and made manual entries.
∎ Informing the customers about the delay in flight and reporting time at the airport quoted air ticket fares as asked by customers and booked tickets.
∎ Monitoring booking of B2B and B2C client for their online and ensure selling.
∎ Design & develop foreign tour packages.
∎ Design & develop Hajj and Umrah package
∎ Arrange/follow-up VISA processing
∎ Counseling with clients to choose the better destination.
∎ Knowledge of oral and written communication skill in English.
∎ Phone transfer to concern person
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: corporate sales and Marketing, Hospitality Management, Air Ticketing, Tour operation.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Tour and Travel Agency
∎ the Applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airlines, Tour operator, Travel Agent
∎ Computer skills with Microsoft Excel
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Must be experienced
∎ Honest and committed to work a long period in organization
∎ proven working experience as a travel consultant
∎ Excellent Knowledge of travelling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel)
∎ proficiency in English; Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
∎ Exemplary sales skills and customer service oriented approach
∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
∎ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
∎ Demonstrable ability to handle crises
Salary:
