∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Marketing, Business Administration.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Event Concept and Plan Select Event Elements and Vendors Negotiate Contracts
∎ Collaborate with Clients Before and During Events Participate in client meetings
∎ Ensure project quality and timely delivery
∎ Provide graphics details and sizing to the Detailing Department Determine best strategy for project execution
∎ Review work orders addressing questions (new build construction, lead times, use of materials, etc)
∎ Innovate around unique challenges
∎ Identifying potential customers at trade shows and developing relationships with them
∎ Promoting upcoming events using various marketing methods such as social media, printed materials, and press releases
∎ Selling exhibit space, facilitating exhibitions, and handling the logistics of trade shows, conferences, and similar events.
∎ Post-event evaluation and reporting, including but not limited to: surveys, attendee feedback, and ROI analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working hours are typically 10am to 6pm. However, you may need to work longer hours, including evenings or weekends, particularly in the run up to an exhibition.
∎ Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, Microsoft Office.
∎ Relevant experience in the trade show exhibits,? The ability to work with diver.
∎ Effective leader, motivator, and collaborator
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of planning systems, scheduling techniques, process management, workflow and team coordination / negotiation / conflict management,
∎ Proficiency in project pricing, purchasing and vendor negotiations.
