Role Overview

We seek a highly experienced Senior Tour Package Manager to design, manage, and execute end-to-end tour packages. You’ll own the entire process — from itinerary creation and vendor negotiations to logistics, costing, and on-ground delivery. Leadership, innovation, and a passion for seamless travel experiences are critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create & Manage Tour Packages: Design competitive, innovative packages (e.g., ASEAN combos, island-hopping tours, Himalayan circuits).
  • End-to-End Execution: Handle research, costing, bookings, operations, and post-tour feedback.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and local partners.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure flawless delivery and resolve issues proactively.
  • Team Collaboration: Mentor junior staff and coordinate with sales/marketing teams.
  • Market Analysis: Track trends and adapt packages to traveler preferences.
