Job Responsibilities
Conduct sales call and visit to retailers, wholesalers, institutions, pharmacy shops, outlets to meet primary & secondary sales target. Building and maintaining strong relationship with key stakeholders.
Managing distributors and sub-distributors in assigned territory. Having clear understanding of primary and secondary sales.
POSM Execution.
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to supervisor.
Ensure & strict adherence to SFKPIs.
Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, their benefits, usage, etc.
Stay updated on new products and developments within the company and the industry.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements of the country.
