Job Context:
∎
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Write technical documents maintaining standards for our existing and new application in compliance to the company's established rules and guidelines.
∎ Understand platform, architecture, technology, and the process of software development and environment management.
∎ Understand business requirements in depth and analyze the application to identify test scenarios.
∎ Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
∎ Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
∎ Write and maintain test automation script for functional, integration and performance testing.
∎ Identify and maintain bug records. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
∎ Perform testing in close collaboration with developers concurrent with development and in an agile manner.
∎ Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
∎ Responsible for conducting tests before solution launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs.
∎ Prepare release documents, operational procedures, manuals and training materials.
∎ Able to meet deadline strictly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Basic knowledge on Object Oriented programming.
∎ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
∎ Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes.
∎ Advance concept to generate UML diagrams, user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
∎ Experience with Automation Testing tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Katalon Studio, Test IO etc.
∎ Experience with Performance, load, and stress testing using frameworks based on tools like JMeter.
∎ Good understanding for Microservice and API testing
∎ Strong Knowledge to develop and implement feature, integration, regression and system tests for new software development.
∎ Need to have proficient understanding on project management and issue tracking tools like JIRA, Redmine, WebIssues, Asana, TFS etc.
∎ Ensure that testing activities will guide development to meet the business requirements and systems goals.
∎ Work with internal teams to identify system requirements.
∎ Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
∎ Must be able to work in multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly and with minimal supervision
∎ Frequent communication with stakeholders for technical issues.
∎ The capability of training users to implement solutions.
Salary:
∎ BDT 40K - 60K (based on experience & skills)
