• Retired Army non commissioned officer will be given preference.

• At least 08-10 years of experience in security management.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Sound knowledge of security protocols and procedures

• Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in high-pressure situations

• Need to be detail-oriented and able to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities

• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient and effective management of all security section at Factory Premises.

• Should be capable to handle a large number of security forces of the factory.

• Responsible for all the security staffs activities.

• To manage and provide effective leadership to the security team and ensure that resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work and those priorities are always covered adequately.

• Develop and maintain Security Operations Manual up to date for use by all on site security personnel to cover duties.

• Observe each post, attendance, uses of security equipment, dress code, training etc.

• Initiate all security clearances and maintain appropriate records. Monitor CC TV operations at factory.

• Ensure basic training of security guards. Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and Departments responsibility in an emergency.

• Any other task assigned time to time by the management.
