∎ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, especially in Telecom, VoIP, SMS, or IT Solutions.
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, EEE, CSE, or a related field.
∎ Existing corporate client network will be an added advantage.
∎ Sound knowledge of IP Telephony, A2P SMS platform, and enterprise IT/communication solutions.
∎ Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to non-technical clients.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
∎ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
∎ Fluent in both English and Bengali (written & spoken).
∎ Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a good team player.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate leads and onboard new corporate clients for IPTSP (IP Telephony), A2P SMS, and Call Center solutions.
∎ Promote Bulk SMS (Masking/Non-Masking), voice broadcast, press-1 campaigns, and integrated SMS + Voice platforms.
∎ Present and sell Call Center Solutions, including IP PBX, CRM integration, Auto Dialer, and IVR features.
∎ Understand and explain the technical flow of SMS delivery, including routing, masking, DLR reports, and regulatory compliance.
∎ Offer and promote Biometric Attendance Systems and Access Control Solutions with cloud-based monitoring.
∎ Prepare customized presentations, quotations, and proposals for both public and private sector clients.
∎ Collaborate with the technical team to arrange product demos, deployment plans, and post-sales support.
∎ Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain client communication using CRM tools.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and participate in pricing strategy discussions.Maintain a strong sales pipeline and submit regular progress reports.
