Attend new and prospective clients on a regular basis
Developing new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
Ensure customers queries, problem & issues.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Follow up with clients for payment collection and outstanding dues.
Documentation and filing of financial records..
Maintain employee records and update attendance & leave registers.
Assist in recruitment activities (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, initial screening.
Maintain sales records, prepare quotations, and submit daily/weekly sales reports
Follow up with clients via phone, email, and visits and maintain client relationships
