Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Air Ticketing, Tour and Travel Agency, by using GDS GALILEO, GDS SYSTEM, Reservation/ Ticketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Diagnose the clients' specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services
∎ Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
∎ Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc.)
∎ Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
∎ Create and update electronic records of clients.
∎ Maintain relationships with key persons of corporate clients.
∎ Maintain and develop effective customer relationship and develop new client base.
∎ Provide reservation and ticketing services for clients for hotel,travel packages and other travel needs.
∎ Be available as a point of contact for travel related queries for customers.
∎ Report day to day customer transactions and follow through with each customer queries.
∎ Adequate knowledge of GDS software such as GALILEO and SABRE is required.
∎ If he has his own client base,then it is a plus
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
∎ Acquiring the monthly revenue and profit target generated by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Student counselling will be considered as a additional qualification for this position

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
