∎ Masters in Social Science, Environmental Science Responsibilities & Context / water resource management or any other related field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 05 years of general experience in planning, design, monitoring, operation/maintenance and implementation of Water projects.
∎ Knowledge on program design and project cycle management
∎ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and must be a team player.
∎ Performance management and staff development skills
∎ Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills in English & Bengali.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Expansion of pipe water grids in designated locations.
∎ Supervision of existing water supply operations.
∎ Oversight of Regional Officers and Community Marketing Representatives (CMRs).
∎ Coordination of community engagement and site preparation activities.
∎ Data collection, analysis, and reporting.
∎ Support for water-related issues and operational activities.
