Job Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sweater Quality Controller cum product officer to oversee the quality of our products from raw material to finished goods. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of Sweater Garment production processes.

• • To review customer quality standard manual, communicate the manual and guide the factory to implement such quality standard.

• • Understand customer all comments, concepts and ideas to develop new products from Sketch/ Tec pack/ Sample with right quality.

• • Capable to understand buyer all comments (style samples, proto samples, Photo samples, size set samples) for next working, according to Sketch/ Tec pack/ Sample with right quality.

• • Capable to give factory size set samples, PP samples approval for next working, according to Sketch/ Tec pack/ Sample with right quality.

• • Follow the bulk production in multiple factories at a time.

• • Instruct concerned team about critical operations and find solution of any quality issue and provide technical guidance as necessary.

• • Monitoring the sampling & production according to the `Time and Action Plan’ on a regular basis to ensure on time submission of task with right quality and quantity.

• • Inspect raw materials and Accessories to ensure they meet quality standards.

• • Work with factory and see the production processes, conduct quality checks at various stages of production e.g. In-line Inspection, Production Monitoring, Pre-final and Final Inspection.

• • Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken and implemented.

• • Collaborate with factory production & quality teams to improve quality control processes.

• • Maintain detailed reports of quality issues and resolutions.

• • Ensure the use of approved materials and start production before after buyer approval

• • Implementing new concepts & techniques to add value to the products & processes.

• • Approve all finished products by confirming specifications through inspections and buyer approval file

• • Communicate all issues with Merchandise team for immediate solution.

• • Give real-time update to the Merchandise team about the materials and production.

• • Documents and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.
