Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree from accredited academic institution preferably in Disaster Management, Social Science, Data Management, Statistics, Computer Science or another related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide specialized assistance to the Shelter/NFI programme in planning, direct implementation and monitoring of the Shelter/NFI programme particularly on LPG operations including distribution, training and management of data.
∎ Ensure timely and adequate implementation of Shelter/NFI programme activities particularly on LPG operation related activities in line with the programme strategy, guideline, targets and deadlines.
∎ Coordinate and monitor the work of field staff based staff including the third party contracted staff on their activities in distributions, data collection activities and trainings.
∎ Plan, organize and deliver trainings related to program implementation, data collection and data entry addressed to Shelter/NFI unit staff and volunteers, including, external organizations, sectors, and vendors as relevant.
∎ Represent the IOM Shelter/NFI programme in relevant field coordination meetings and develop and maintain programmatic relationship with relevant stakeholders such as camp-based government officials, humanitarian organizations/agencies and community representatives.
∎ Undertake regular monitoring visits to identify, suggest and implement solutions for the implementation of the Shelter/NFI programme particularly on LPG operation.
∎ Maintain the data collected on the Shelter/NFI programme activities to systematically collect the programme achievement.
∎ Ensure the maintenance and management of the distribution lists and compilation of the assessment data.
∎ Provide support with regards to translation of forms, questionnaire, guidelines for information management and operational purposes;
∎ Produce new tools for the management of the operation and information when needed.
∎ Perform other duties as required and assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of relevant experience in humanitarian response and relevant fields in information management.
∎ Experience managing a diverse team in humanitarian response.
∎ Experience in using following tools: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Bi, and Kobo
∎ Fluency in Bangla and English is required.
∎ Ability to communicate in the local Chittagonian/Rohingya dialect will be considered advantageous.

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary for this position is BDT 120,860.00.
