Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
∎ B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Agriculture from any reputed university.
∎ An MBA degree will be an added advantage (preferably in Marketing or Finance)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of short, mid, and long-term marketing strategies of assigned portfolios to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Prepare Yearly / Monthly Product-wise Sales Budget as per SOP.
∎ Supervise the Prepare marketing plans for assigned product groups.
∎ Prepare & execute monthly/yearly promotional plan including promo materials and promotional activities (of assigned products).
∎ Prepare and execute product promotion matrix for top GP-earning products.
∎ Monitor Product wise National Sales achievement against monthly/quarterly budget.
∎ Prepare and update the COGS structure of assigned products with the price change of RM, PM, and Promotional Materials and other parameters like Devaluation of currency, change of duty structure, etc.
∎ Maintain Market Intelligence (through market visits and secondary data) with regards to Competitor’s Price, Sales, Promotional, Import, and Placement strategies.
∎ Prepare Monthly/Yearly (Cascading into month) Import Plan.
∎ Prepare monthly ROFO and keep a watch on production plans and stocks of finished goods, RM and PM.
∎ Initiate the stock replenishment process and liaise with the Commercial Department about Imports and local procurement of RM, and PM as per ROFO/MAT plan. Coordinate with the cross-functional departments regarding RM, PM, ROFO, etc. and Commercial to develop multiple sources.
∎ Manage and improve Inventory Turnover Ratio (DSI) through justified Inventory management.
∎ Launching of New Products within the stipulated time frame upon following the New Product Launching Steps and launching calendar.
∎ Create a product mix to maximize the top line and bottom line.
∎ Develop and execute brand-building exercises for major products/groups.
∎ Analyze the market gaps and propose New Molecules, Label Extension of Existing Molecules, and Source Change of Existing Molecules to the R &D Department.
∎ Monitor the execution of Demand Generation Activity (DGAs), particularly SFM and CF-FGD as per the yearly/monthly target.
∎ To ensure the following analysis through PEs:
∎ a. Projection Vs achievement of sales during the period.
∎ b.Achievement over budget during the period.
∎ c.Growth over the same period last year. (SPLY)
∎ d.Market share is taken from which brand and causes.
∎ e.Expected retention volume after withdrawal of the program.
∎ f.GP analysis budgeted, projected, actual, and promotional program.
∎ Searching new market opportunity through analyzing local and international pesticide market trends and molecule trends.
∎ Maintain and Adjust Business Promotion Expenses and Field Force Incentives within the yearly expense budget.
∎ Ensure Field Force & Channel Partner development through proper training and learning sessions.
∎ Any other job assigned by the supervisor.
