- 4 years Diploma in Medical Faculty from recognized Medical Assistant Training School (MATS).
- Should have valid BM&DC registration number.

Experience Requirements:
- 4 year job experience, preferably in any NGO and in supervisor role.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Acceptability to the people or patients.
- Experience of managing a team and good teamwork exposure.
- Willingness to door-to-door visit at the community level.
- Flexible, highly committed & motivated to work in remote locations, specially in riverine, costal and hard-to-reach areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are other pre-requisites.
Responsibilities & Context: Responsible for:
- Supervise paramedic, satellite clinic supervisor and FCMs.
- Mentoring staff.
- Provide support in satellite clinic.
- Coordination.
- Liaison.
- Provide primary healthcare.
- Logistics management for office and satellite clinic.
- Provide Technical Assistance.
Activities:
- Regularly supervise the Community Health workers (Friendship Community Medic Aides-FCM) at her communities/villages.
- Provide support in organizing satellite clinics, nutrition support program, Government EPI & FP programs.
- To maintain close communication and collaboration with the Government Administrative, Health officials and employees at Upazila, Union & Ward level, other NGOs and Friendship Hospitals & other sectors.
- Prepare monthly work plan and progress reports of the field.
- Prepare field level requisition (financial, medicine and logistics) and submit to Friendship district office/HO.
- Ensure clinical advise, diagnosis and patient history are taken through software.
- Represent organization in the different coordination meeting with GoB and local officials.
- Conduct effective district and local level advocacy meetings with different stakeholders to ensure engagement of government and others Health actors.
- Coordinate CSGs meeting (Community support group).
- Undertake any other assignment given by the Friendship Management.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ready to work as a replacement of regular paramedic whenever required.
- Provide primary health care and limited curative care at satellite and static clinics.
- Provide ANC, PNC, CSBA and cervical cancer screening services.
- Provide technical support to Paramedic and FCMs.
- Ensure access to emergency services, including a swift and affordable effective referral system.
- Establish community-based health services network through FCM.
- Ability to organize a health-services in which increased access and availability of quality health care to the population in the remote places.
- Focus on result for the client and respond positively to feedback.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports of the field activities.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality. ·
- Maintain different types of registers (Patient register, Eligible Couple Register, Family Planning Register, Nutrition Register & ANC/PNC Register, stock register, disease-wise patient registers etc.)
- Maintain office stock, pharmacy stock and consumables stock with appropriate process of GRN, stock verification and periodic audit.
