Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive all garments from sewing & washing by PO/Order Number wise
∎ Give proper direction to supervisor like order-wise/size-wise garments segregation
∎ Cross check the garments quality shipment wise
∎ Ensure all finish accessories for respective area
∎ Maintain communication with Cutting, Sewing, Quality Assurance, Washing, Operation and other relevant department
∎ Ensure Factory QC & Buyer QC with satisfaction level
∎ Ensure the instruction f buyer about sewing trims, attaching, ironing, packing, cartoon completion etc.
∎ Ensure compliance and company's policy & floor discipline in Finishing Department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Must have minimum 54 years work experience in Finishing with large knit garments.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and analytical ability.
∎ Strong technical and time management skill.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
Salary: Negotiable
