Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
∎ Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial statements to support business planning.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
∎ Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Supervise and guide the accounting team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
∎ Implement and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
∎ Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, tax authorities, RJSC and BSEC.
∎ Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the higher management.
