Healthcare Formulations Limited, Sreepur, Gazipur is a sister concern of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited. The state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities intend to produce vaccines, injectables, solid, liquid, powder, biological and non-biological range of products.

Job Type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in preparing, reviewing, and keeping track of DQ documents, URS, P&IDs, and layout reports with Engineering and QA.
• Participating in vendor correspondence, design-review meetings, and ensuring alignment between design deliverables and process requirements.
• Monitoring equipment foundation readiness and maintaining liaison with the project and validation teams for DQ completion sign-off.
• Preparing initial SOPs, BMRs/BPRs, logbooks, and training materials to establish production documentation for qualification and operation phases.
• . Assisting in the development of personnel training plans.
• Maintaining tracking sheets for equipment, documents, and timelines in collaboration with QA and Project teams.
• Supporting Pre-FAT documentation and vendor checklists ahead of equipment dispatch.
• Ensuring proper archiving and version control of all qualification-related records.
• Participating in risk assessments and change control processes related to equipment and process design.
