• Professional Qualification (CMA/CA/ACCA-Partially) is a plus

• Minimum 5 years' of accounting experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing environment

• Good working knowledge of accounting software / ERP systems and MS Excel

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and integrity

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

We are looking for candidates for the mentioned position:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger postings, accounts payable & receivable, expense claims, vendor & supplier billing.

• Monitor operational expenditure for different departments.

• Ensure timely payment of utilities and taxes.

• Maintain accounting registers: petty cash, fixed assets, stock/warehouse ledgers, payment vouchers, and expense claims.

• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets & ensure compliance with company policy, auditing, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist senior management in financial decision-making through analysis and reporting.

• Maintain documentation for audit, VAT, and TAX purposes and ensure compliance.

• Monitor scrap sales, petty cash, accounts payable/receivable, and ensure timely vendor payments.
