Responsibilities & Context:
Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from procurement, sales, inventory, finance, and logistics.
- Develop daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports (sales, stock, order status, receivables, COGS, margin, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports.
- Maintain and update business databases, ERP, and reporting systems.
Analysis & Insights
- Analyze trading trends, customer demand, stock movement, and supplier performance.
- Prepare variance analysis (plan vs. actual: sales, purchase, inventory, cost).
- Provide insights for improving profitability, cost efficiency, and working capital.
- Support management in decision-making with data-driven recommendations.
System & Process Support
- Coordinate with IT/ERP team for data automation and system enhancement.
- Develop dashboards (Power BI/Excel/ERP) for real-time business monitoring.
- Standardize reporting formats across business units.
- Business Support
- Track KPIs: customer acquisition, retention, NPS, stock turnover, and efficiency ratios.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and performance review.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams for cross-functional reporting.
