Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting Information System
∎ Applicants must be completed CA-CC from a top big & reputable CA company in Bangladesh
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, MS Office Applications

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Internal Auditing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspect, monitor, and report quality data for production, factory operations, delivery management, warehouse management and store management;
∎ Prepare list of deviations for correction and verify corrections as per established company standards.
∎ Prepare and present audit reports to senior management.
∎ Physical visit to depot, dealer and distributors point and conduct market audit to find-out specific market gap as well as opportunities from market end & distributor end.
∎ Monitor daily basis overall sales and market functions and ensure strong sales monitor systems are in place.
∎ Perform internal audit on inventory management system of manufacturing factory and depots.
∎ To ensure physical verification of cash.
∎ Review factory operational process, identify and assess risk & drawback of operations as per guidelines.
∎ Perform in financial audit of the company.
∎ Will check & verify the purchase compare with local market rate.
∎ Conducting supply chain audit and identify risk & drawback of supply chain and report to management to mitigate those risks.
∎ Implement internal audit and monitoring policies, procedures, and program
∎ Follow up on implementation of audit findings
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Must have at least 3 years working experience in the said position in manufacturing.
∎ FMCG, Experience in Flour mills will get high preference.
∎ Must be able to work independently and capable of managing multiple audit operations.
