• At least 1–2 years of experience in graphic design

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for create visual materials for both online and offline to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate the target group.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop different DTP like brochures, leaflets, educational materials, books, magazines, posters, etc. for brand building and value creation activities

• Develop graphics content for programme-related social media pages, blog & website

• Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, giving organizations a visual `brand`

• Discuss the business objectives and requirements of the material and design on hand

• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive design.

• Accomplish different audio and video editing tasks when required

• Create motion/animation on different stories

• Produce and deliver accurate, high-quality work with proper planning and within set deadlines

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
