A bachelor’s degree from any reputed university.
Experience in tourism/ticketing/travel preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across departments.
Mindset to travel frequently in assigned regions.
Flexible and adaptable to a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and onboard high-potential merchants across assigned regions.
Build strong relationships with merchant stakeholders to ensure long-term engagement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and business check-ins with key partners.
Support merchant onboarding, including KYC verification and coordination with internal functions.
Ensure timely activation and training on payment acceptance and merchant tools.
Coordinate with Operations, Tech, and Support teams to resolve merchant issues.
Execute campaigns and deploy value-added solutions to drive product adoption.
Capture insights on merchant needs, competitor movements, and new business opportunities.
Ensure POSM implementation and brand visibility as per guidelines.
Support reconciliation troubleshooting and reporting-related problem solving.
Identify and operationalize new opportunities for merchant integration and device management.
