Computer skill, Microsoft Excel
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bill Checking: Raw material bill, Carrying bill, Spare & others bill process as per rules and regulation
∎ Receivable Management: All delivery order prepare to software
∎ After creating delivery order, all sales entry create to software
∎ All cheques receive from marketing officer
∎ All cheques entry in manual register
∎ All cheques create in Odoo software after manual register
∎ Regular & Advance cheques clearing & preparing house
∎ Preparing cheque update of mail request
∎ Customer Service: Providing Party ledger to marketing officer
∎ Providing photocopy of dishonored cheque
∎ Preparing cheque update of mail request
∎ Informing branch of bank house
∎ Odoo Implement : Sales Invoice, Bill Validation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per company policy
