Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Payment instrument
∎ Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
∎ update Backlog & balance entry in software (SAP)
∎ Invoice verification & MIRO completion (SAP invoice booking)
∎ Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with procurement department
∎ Communication with vendors as and when necessary and respond to inquiries
∎ Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
∎ Complete ad hoc reporting requests as and when required
∎ Ensure that all month end tasks are completed on time and accurately, taking responsibility for the clearing of issues that arise in relation to these tasks
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Salary: Negotiable
