Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible for company's invoice section.
∎ Maintain the Policies which are approved by Management.
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill, voucher, for ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and procedures.
∎ To ensure monthly financial reporting, monthly inventory report, monthly cash reconciliation reports, trial balances, profit & loss accounts, and other books of accounts, posting of daily vouchers in to Cash Book & reconciliation etc.
∎ Have to monitor the stock of goods and its delivery as per sales invoice.
∎ Proper maintenance of the stock (fixed & consumable items) and check these physically on regular basis.
∎ Prepare different reports with accuracy and match with audit objective for the use of the top management.
∎ Maintain accounts of staff provident fund, staff gratuity & resettle allowance fund, special funds and staff welfare funds,
∎ To check and verify sales related documents such as sales incentive, trade offer calculation, half yearly and yearly incentive and delivery related work.
∎ Maintain working papers and files systematically. Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process.
∎ Develop and implement internal auditing policies, procedures, and program.
∎ Knowledge on VAT/Tax is expected.
∎ Any other job assigned by the top management.
