Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect design from designer and prepare for Tech Pack or production file for store, cutting, sewing & Finishing Procedure
∎ Follow up production as per production Time & Action
∎ Estimate costing & prepare pre-cost sheet
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers about price & other issues
∎ Develop new technique & design on embellishment or wash
∎ Ensure sourcing of sub-contract, prepare work order & ensure on time bill payment of sub-contract
∎ Maintain communication with production along with printing, embroidery, washing to maintain on time completion
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Good English communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and creative & self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Used to work in a fast paced design environment.
∎ Identify problems and recommend solutions.
∎ Strong sense of fashion and curiosity and current market knowledge.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
