∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Merchandiser, Footwear and Accessories to manage and coordinate the end-to-end merchandising process, from product conceptualization to final delivery. This role includes preparing product development, sourcing and onboarding factories and suppliers, cost analysis, negotiating vendor pricing, and managing production schedules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the footwear industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and factories to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet compliance standards.
