Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development progress follow up
∎ Monitor development program and control
∎ Sample progress follow (Communicate with customer/counterpart)
∎ Costing arrangement and negotiation
∎ Maintain SMP (Sample progress Management) chart and report
∎ Monitoring sample program until the order confirm
∎ Sample & Bulk delivery negotiation with UQ
∎ Check every process with every department
∎ Understand/Acknowledge customer demands and monitoring
∎ Maintain effective communications with every concerned department
∎ Maintain all booking (Material) related issues
∎ Carry out any other jobs assigned from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Experience in working with UNIQLO
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills in English.
∎ Strong leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
