Job Context:
∎ Modern Agro Farm & Nutrition wants to Spread its business throughout the Bangladesh.
∎ Job Place: Corporate Office, Farm & whole Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate Key growth sales strategy, tactics and action plans and monitor accordingly.
∎ Formulate & action plan for all adversiting , publicity and brand management.
∎ Travel whole Bangladesh for making market visit,workshop & training .
∎ Lead on customer satisfaction surveys and report to management.
∎ Any other duties assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years experience in marketing field.
∎ Must be excellent at designing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve desired results.
∎ Strong communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels within the company and extremely and team skills, working ina matrix environment.

Salary:
∎ 55,000-60,000 BDT per month . And Incentives for Achieving KPI
