∎ BSc in EEE or Mechanical with GPA 3.0 or equivalent grades from any

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target given by the management
∎ Take leadership & active ownership to run the Sales team independently
∎ Collect sales Lead and Strong sales closing capability
∎ Plan and execute sales strategies to ensure a strong sales network
∎ Conduct frequent meetings with Clients & Consultants
∎ Prepare sales strategy and operational plan for different business segments
∎ Identify the training need of sales team and ensure proper training
∎ Sales reporting & documentation of all necessary project documents
∎ Collect information and monitor product performance and customer satisfaction regularly
∎ Discuss with client about Substation, BBT technical details
∎ Take responsibilities to collect all due payments of own projects
∎ Smart in negotiation and presentation.
∎ Ready to take any kind of responsibilities given by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having engineering background with Sales Experience in Industrial product and experience in similar organization is an added advantage
∎ The candidate must have leadership traits with effective communication skill. He must be target driven, detail oriented and customer focused and open to travel.
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer, MS office program, Autocad drawing.
∎ Sound knowledge of Substation and BBT drawing
