∎ Diploma or BSc in EEE/ Mechanical/ Power.

∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be running and monitoring a team of 5 members.
∎ Set up monthly and yearly sales target for field sales force in consultation with Head of Sales and ensure the target are aligned with business goal.
∎ Achieve sales target from his/her team members.
∎ Must have experience to close sales independently.
∎ Must visit customer in the field regularly.
∎ Following up with regular customers for inquires.
∎ Take leadership & active ownership to run the Sales team independently.
∎ Collect sales Lead and Strong sales closing capability.
∎ Sales reporting & documentation of all necessary project documents.
∎ Take responsibilities to collect all due payments of own projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 years. Must have Sales Experience in Industrial products (Like Substation, BBT, Fire, Generator, Boiler, HVAC).
∎ Must have Proven sales Records.
∎ Must have Strong personal network with Industrial/Residential/Commercial Client and Consultant
∎ Must have strong client base in industrial/Residential/Commercial sector
∎ Should have strong engineering knowledge.
∎ Active in different social media platform.
∎ Must have good negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer, MS office program, AutoCAD drawing.
