Educational Requirements:
∎ A degree in Marketing is a must.
∎ A degree in Computer Science / Information Technology will be given preference
∎ A post-graduation degree preferably in business administration and /or Marketing will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, leadership and excellent communication in both written and spoken English are must.
∎ The candidate should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.
∎ This position will be involved with multiple functions and projects going on at a time so he /she must be well organized and able to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently.
∎ He /she must possess excellent communication / delegation and coordination skills since he/she will be involved in putting together the marketing /sales team and delegating jobs.
∎ Good analytical skills will assist the sales manager with creating reports, presenting data and evaluating trends
∎ He / she will be discussing matters and presenting data to convince senior management on his /her strategies and plans; so, must be able to communicate in a clear and effective manner both in writing and verbally.
∎ He/she will be spending much of their workday using technology to communicate, create reports and determine trends, they should have experience with basic technology and programs. IT skills should be excellent.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ A minimum of 8 years' experience in a multinational company or a top most local corporate house.
∎ Experience in working for a foreign organization in the area of sales and marketing will be given preference.
∎ Experience in sales and marketing for soft ware applications will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
