Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the quality auditors to increase overall fabric quality by identifying trends, communicating changes, and driving the feedback process
∎ Ensure production quality as per buyer's fabric requirements and deliver them within given time frame
∎ Communicate with internal customer which include presenting, gathering data/ information for reports, manage, provide on time feedback & resolve customer complaints.
∎ Analyze quality reports, understand trends, forecast changes and develop action plans in response
∎ Ensure all deliveries (regular & special event) are made promptly & efficiently with quality
∎ Maintain continuous follow-up & manage providing an exceptional performance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2 years of managerial working experience in Fabric quality department in Knit Composite factory.
∎ Vast knowledge on Garments cutting quality.
∎ Must have good communication & presentation skill.
∎ Self driven & willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Must have a strong vision and the ability to implement and execute the management view in a fast changing environment
∎ Lead on continual improvement initiatives
