Additional Requirements:
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, ERP, and financial modeling tools.
Deep understanding of business metrics and cost drivers.
Responsibilities & Context:
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to enable data-driven strategic decisions.
Ensure timely and insightful financial reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Implement and optimize ERP, automation, and BI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Identify and integrate cutting-edge solutions to modernize finance operations and deliver value.
Streamline AP, AR, payroll, and expense processes to reduce costs and improve turnaround times.
Enforce robust internal controls and regulatory adherence across all financial processes.
Anticipate and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks to safeguard organizational value.
Partner with business units, HR, procurement, and technology to drive enterprise-wide objectives.
Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing finance teams with clear KPIs and accountability.
