Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA major in marketing from a reputed University, Or
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and design profit oriented fabric sales strategies for Fabric Division including All Over Printing
∎ Responsible for overall commercial procedure and logistics arrangement from factory to buyer's end
∎ Search, contact and develop relationships and long-term cooperation with the domestic garment enterprises and foreign customers for finished fabrics
∎ Oversee market trends and adjust existing marketing plans accordingly
∎ Price negotiation, order placement and order sheet control
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years' experience in Fabric Marketing from any large group of Textile/RMG Industry. Having 1-2 experience in similar position will be an added advantage.
∎ Energetic, dynamic and have strong leadership capability
∎ Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Dealing with 800 Metric Tons fabric sales capacity per month
∎ Should have vast knowledge about yarn price market as well as knitting and dyeing price for proper fabric costing
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and presentation skill
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
