Job Purpose
The Senior Manager – Infrastructure Services is a senior leadership role responsible for stabilizing, standardizing and continuously improving Tekvision’s network, system and IP telecommunication infrastructure across all offices and client locations.
This role ensures reliable, secure and scalable IT infrastructure to support Tekvision’s operations in manufacturing zones and its evolution as a professional IT services organization. The position plays a critical role in strengthening service availability, reducing operational risks and enabling business continuity across geographically distributed environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Network Administration
Lead the design, implementation and operation of enterprise-grade network infrastructure across KEPZ, CEPZ, DEPZ and HQ locations.
Ensure stable internet connectivity, WAN/LAN, firewall, VPN and network security controls.
Drive network standardization, documentation, monitoring and performance optimization.
Manage ISPs, network vendors and service providers to ensure SLA compliance.
2. System Administration
Oversee servers, virtualization, storage, backup and disaster recovery environments.
Ensure high availability, security hardening, patch management and capacity planning.
Lead system standardization across on-premises and cloud-ready environments.
Strengthen system governance, access controls and compliance practices.
3. Telecommunications
Manage IP telephony, call center systems and unified communication platforms.
Ensure reliable voice services across offices and factories with minimal downtime.
Drive modernization and integration of telephony systems with business applications where applicable.
4. Infrastructure Stabilization & Standardization
Identify infrastructure gaps, risks and recurring issues and drive permanent solutions.
Develop and execute infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business growth and service demands.
Introduce best practices, SOPs, monitoring dashboards and escalation mechanisms.
5. Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead, mentor and develop Network, System and Telecommunication teams.
Define clear roles, responsibilities, KPIs and performance expectations.
Build a disciplined, service-oriented infrastructure team culture.
6. Governance, Security & Collaboration
Work closely with Governance & Cybersecurity teams to enforce security standards and compliance.
Collaborate with Application, Support and Business teams to align infrastructure with service needs.
Support audits, risk assessments and regulatory requirements where applicable.
